Hi, I’m Michał — photographer, studio builder, and creative producer based in Berlin.

I spent the last decade shaping visual stories at the crossroads of photography, technology, and culture. From building HelloFresh’s global photo and video studio from scratch — turning a 3-person crew into a 30+ team of creatives — to producing large-scale content for brands like Rebuy and Lidl, I’ve led high-output, high-integrity productions across Europe.

But beyond workflows and efficiency, my passion lies in storytelling that resonates. I studied photography in Poland and have always balanced commercial work with documentary narratives and analog processes. My personal projects focus on memory, time, and emotional geography — often using film as my main medium.

Today, I work as a freelance studio manager and creative producer, helping organizations and artists translate their vision into strong visual systems — from shoot planning to archive. I’m especially interested in mission-driven collaborations in culture, documentary, and design.

I’m also a proud dad. Parenthood has made me a stronger leader — more patient, focused, and grounded.
